Returns & Exchanges Policy
Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund of the paid price.However, return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.Please note that Exchange or Refund will not be made against the following items, unless there is a quality issue:

- Please note that “www.textileandhandicraft.com has 7 Day Returns Policy”, however this is not applicable on discounted product or products bought during sale.
- Refund for goods/merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by T & H team.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
- Some special rules for promotional offers may override “www.textileandhandicraft.com’s 15 Day Returns Policy.”
- Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
- Goods returned due to any manufacturing defect such as color bleeding shall be governed by the applicable warranty & guaranty as provided by T & H.
- This policy is applicable only for customers in India and we won’t be able to provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customer due to prohibitive shipping cost.
- You can mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on and our returns team will help you with the procedure to get the items back to us. Once we receive the package we will email you the full store credit voucher to purchase any other product from the website. It takes 5-7 business days to complete the process of refund through NEFT or same mode of payment. Also, the exchange will be done only once. After that no exchange or return can be done.
- Shipping charge in any case is non-refundable.
- We issue store credit which can be used for any future purchases. Cash refund is only given if the product received is damaged.
- If the item is out of stock when you try to order then the website will not let you know. In some cases of error there is wrong order place and you will be informed as soon as possible if the item is out of stock.
- You can cancel the order within 24 hours. We normally ship stock items on the same day. Hence, please inform as soon as possible. If the item is shipped then we will not be able to process the cancellation request.

- All our products are authentic and sourced directly from the vendors. In case you received a damaged product we will give full refund. There is no extra warranty associated with the products. If there is any it will be mentioned on the product page.
